Mr Cecil Rhodes in England.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, Nov. 18. Mr Cecil Rhodes, Premier of Cape Colony, arrived in Eugland yesterday. Replying to an address of welcome at Plymouth, Mr Rhodes said he was glad to know his countrymen approved his policy, though a small section called Dr Jameson's meu thieves aud murderers, and seemed to regard the addition of a new province to the Empire as a criminal act.
