St Petersburg, November 19. The funeral of the late Czar takes place to day. ' All business, including the postal aod telegraphic, was suspended in Russia to day on the occasion of the funeral of the Czar. Later. ! Tho Czar has declined to receive a Bulgarian deputation. The late Czar's funeral took place today, and was an imposing function, conducted on an enormous scale. The Imperial lusiguia aud Regalia alono required 16 carriages to carry them. Among the Royal personages present were the Kings of Denmark, Greece, aud Servia, the Princes of Wales, Naples, Montengro, and Henry of Prussia, aud the Dukes of York and Coburg.
