[Per Press Association. I O'HRISTCHtJBCH, Sept. 12. The New Zealand Loan aud Mercantile Agency Company report on the Addington stock market as under : — There was a bare supply of fat cattle to-day, rates being fully maintained. Prime bullocks brought up to £11 10s, equivalent to 25s per 1001 b. Store Cattle— 300 yarded, fair demand, two-year steers bring from 70s to 80s ; yearlings, 40s to 50s ; weaners, to 355 ; springers, up to X' 9. Store Sheep — A small entry, en* quiry good ; hoggets, 10a to 12s for aver* age sorts. Fat lambs (40 yarded) brought up to 16s. Fat sheep, a full entry, 5000 being penned, competition good through* out ; cross-bred wethers, 15s to 20s ; cross-bred ewes, 14s to 18s ; light crossbred wethers, 14s to 14s 6d; merino wethers, 9s 6d to 16s 6d. Pigs— A full yarding, and a fair demand for baconers and stores, the former bringing 35s to 455, and the latter 9s to 17s.
