Dunedin Supreme Court.
(Per Press Association) Dtjnedin, August 28, At the Supreme Court to-day four cases were dealt with. Michael Kelly, for larceny of jewellery, was sentenced to two years. Donald and Herbert Jones, two young men, were found guilty of burglary and sentence was deferred. In the case of Patrick George Doyle, charged with stealing kerosme, the jury, after six hours consideration returned a verdict of not guilty. George Smith, James MaloBey and Charles Dixon were found guilty of breaking into and stealing, and sentence was deferred.
