The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company received the following cable message yesterday giving the latest London market quotations : — Frozen meats — Mutton mnrket is weaker. Quotations unchanged. The lamb market has been higher since last telegram, but has declined again. Canterbury mutton Sfd : Wellington mutton, 3d ; New Zealand beef, forequarters, 3£d ; New Zealand beef, hindquarters. 4£d ; lamb, prime New Zealand, per carcase, sd. Tallow — Marker firm but irregular Fine mutton 268 3d per cwt ; eood beef, 24s 9d. Sheepskins - There is a fair demand: Merino is Jd and crossbred £d to £d dearer. Wheat — New Zealand average, 24s 3d per 4961 b ; New Zealand longberried, 25s 9d per 4961 b ; New Zealand f.a.q., to arrive c i f., 22s 6d per 4801 b.
