A Dastardly Outrage.
PER PBK3S ASSOCIATION* Si Petebsbubo, Angnst 18. A dastardly outrage was committed, in the streets of Cronstadt, a- places situated at the end of the Gulf of Finland. It appears that a servant named Pininsky, in the employ of Admiral Razvozoffii, was dismissed and,' taking umbrage at the Admiral's action stopped his carriage in the street and shot him dead. The murder occasioned considerable alarm, arid during the excitement Tininakv committed suicide.
