(PIB NISI ABSOCIXTIOKJ MzußOVssns, This Day. The Budget shows the revenue has fallen below the estimate, while the expenditure only reached £174,000, leaving a deficit for the year of £655,000. The treasurer proposes to ask the House to pass an Income Tax next year. The Government intends to issue half a mil* lion treasury bonds in yearly instalments of a quarter of a million.
