The Napier Divorce Case.
(PER FHESS ASSOCIATION.) Napieb, Julj 4. After five days' hearing, the divorce case Sheath v. Sheath (wife's petition) was concluded this evening. The Chief Justice, who sat without a jury, said he had no hesitation whatever in granting a divorce on the ground of the adultery of the respondent with Mary O'Driscoll, daughter of the late licensee of the Albion Hotel. Counsel for Mrs Sheath withdrew all imputations against Miss May Brown and Miss Keily, who were mentioned at the beginning of the case. The question of the custody of the children is to be dealt with in Chambers.
