The Ottawa Conference.
(Per Press Association.) Ottawa, July 4. The Canadian press strongly condemns the exclusion of reporters from the Conference. J. Thynne, of Queensland, gave notice to move that the cost of building and maintaining the Pacific cable be equally divided between Canada, Australasia, and Great Britain. Sir J H. Deyilliers, of the Cape, moved that Great Britain be requested remove legislative obstacles in the way of responsible colonies agreeing to commer-cia-1 reciprocity.
