ASSASINATION OF THE FRENCH PRESIDENT.
STABBED TO THE HEART. NO HOPES FOR HIS LIFE. (PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Paris June 24. While at Lyons yesterday, M. SadiCarnot, President of the French Republic, was stabbed in the heart by an asassin. He still lingers, but the latest bulletin states that he cannot live and his medical attendants have given up all hopes.
