«, . (feb pkess association.") London, June 20. Sir George Grey has been entertained at luncheon by the National Liberal Club. The Marquis of Ripon, who presided, referred in eulogistic terms to the aged statesman. Sir George, in reply* ing, urged the Government to promote federation between Great Britain, the colonies, and America, for common ob« jects, leaving the local Governments intact. .
