Proposed Pohangina County.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington. June 1. Following are the boundaries of the proposed Pohangina County : — All that area in the land district of Wellington bounded towards the northwest generally by a line along the middle of the Oroua river; towards the northesist by a line bearing S 69 degrees E, true meridian, from the northwest source of that river to the summit of the Huahine range ; towards the southeast by that summit and the leading Spur to the Manawatu river ; thence by a right line to the middle of the Manawatu river ; towards the southwest by a line along the middle of the said river to the Manchester Road District, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 42, 18th May, 1883, thence towards th« northwest and southwest generally by the said Manchester Road District to the Oroua river aforesaid.
