It is Mr Lethbridge's intention to offer these most convenient sections for sale, and Messrs Gorton and Son will offer them to tho public by auction ut an early date, due notico of whicii sale will be adveriised in our columns This wiii be ao excellent opportunity for residents of Feilding to secure first class building sites, situate! in a pleasaut and healthy locality, within an easy distance of the Railway Station aud Post ofiice. It is doubtful if more suitable sites could be obtaiued near Feilding, and the excellent view which is to be obtained from these properties is al ready known to many, and when tho time cornea for tbe residents to bave an opportunity of securing one of these sections it is expected that competition will b-a keen. If these sales proye moderately successful it is the intention of Mr Lethbridge to cut up more land into similar sections.
