THE SHAREHOLDERS DISAPPOINTED. (PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION London, A pril 27. At & meeting of the Bank of South Australia shareholders Mr Arbuthnot said the realisation of the assets showed a deficiency of 4302,000, but the Union Bank fistiinated the deficiency at £341,---000 The outcome of the liquidation was grievously disappointing. Counsel had advised that no call should be made till ordered by the Court. The meeting resolved to appoint a committee of five to confer with the liquidators and endeavour to come to an arrangemeat with the Union Bank,
