EIGHT NEGROES LYNCHED. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION;. Washington, April 28 Eight; negroes connected with a murder in Louisiania have been lynched. The Guard of the White House has been increased. President Cleveland re* mains in Washington, though warned to avoid the streets since the Coxeyitos posesses dynamite. NewH has been received tbat Lotuc, a workman fled, and the troops dispersed the Unionist coercers.
