The Licensing Elections.

An impression is abroad that only ratepayers are eligible to vote at the licensing elections to-morrow. Such, however, is not the case, as all those who voted at the last general elections, and those who have since had their names placed on the electoral rolls, are qualified to vote.

(Per Press Association). Dunksin, March 19. Mr H. S. Fish, addressing the electors to-night as a candidate for the Licensing Bench, declared that in the Dunediu district there were from 40 to 50 tied houses, 30 being tied to one tirm, 10 or 12 to another, 5 or 6 to another, and 2 to another.
