The Rifle Meeting.

All arrangements for the annual competition under the auspices of the New Zealand Association are now complete, and the meeting opens to-morrow afternoon. About 250 men will take part. The camp is pleasantly situated at the foot of Port hills on the Christchurch side, but will be badly affected should any high winds be experienced. The weather at present is none too promising.
