February 27 ( At the aunual mneting of the Colonial j Institute after a warm discussion the , Fellows of the Institute re-affirmed their refusal to amalgamate with the Imperial Institute. Francis now denies that he made the statements attributed to him in the interview. A clerk iii the Bauk of South Africa at Johannesburg has robbed the institution of £3000. Pabis.
