Yellow Fever at Rio de Janeiro.
♦ ,PEB PHKSS ASSOCIATION,"! Rio ns Jankibo, February 17. Yellow fever has broken out ou the British, Austrian, and Portuguese warships in Rio. The commander of the Austrian warship has succumbed. The fever is also raging among tho merchant shipping. There are 40 deaths daily. Many deaths from yellow fever are reported daily. The American fleet temi poranly withdrew in consequence.
