Terrible Explosion on Board a German Man-o'-War.

FORTY- SIX MEN KILLED. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION-) Berlin, February 16. A steampipe burst on board the German cruiser Brandenberg, lying at Kiel, and forty- six of the crew were killed. Nine others were injured, and of these two nave since died. The accident occurred while tbe cruiser was engaged in speed trials February 18. The entiro engineering staff were mangled in a heap.
