The Petition against Sir Robert Stout.
(F£B PRESS ASSOCIATION!. Wellington, This Day, When Mr. Jellicoe's motion for particulars in the petition against Sir Robert Stont, came on, it was agreed to postpone it till after (he hearing of the preliminary objections on the 20th. If they succeed the case falls to the ground ; if not, a motion will be argued, and, if granted, the furthar hearing will be adjourned for a week.
