Lindus, a resident of Chelmsford, in Essex, who quarrelled with and shot his wife, and afterwards shot Jacobs, a London solicitor, left a letter in which he said he intended to commit suicide. He alleges that his wife was unfaithful, and had given away to drink, and that Jacobs had connived to defraud his children. Nkw Yobk, January 24.
