(FBR PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Pabis, January 11. The jury in Vaillant's case debated for only half an hour before returning their verdict. Vaillant, when called upon to speak, reiterated his regret at the small number of Deputies who were hurt by the--explosion. He read a long document abusing the monied classes, and dwelt on the miseries of the masses, quoting Darwin and Herbert Spencer. The Palais de Justice bristled with armed guards during the hearing of the case. Vaillant said he only desired to kill the Deputies, and selected the place whence he thought most of them would be hurt. The bomb was not charged with bullets. ..
