Messrs Abraban and Williams report — We had a full entry of cattle at ourPalmer6--toa yards yesterday ; biddings were stead? throughout, and the bulk disposed of For sheep the demand was confined to sound young sorts of either sex. Fat ewes, and second rate sheep were neglected. We bad some heavy lines of joung sheep which moved off freely. On Tuesday at Col v ton there was a limited supply of stock ; young steers kept their value ; sheep somewhat dull, but the class was not equal to require ments. Fat bullocks— Light weights, €6 ss; prime fat cows, £6; others £4 10a to £5 7s 6d. Mr A. W. Merman's 2jr old prime fat heifers, £6 14s ; store bullocks, £5; 3yr.oid steers,. £4 10s to £4 17s Gd; 2 to 2U X old steers, £3 8a Cd to £4 83 ; 18 months to 2vr steers, L 3 Is 6dtoL3 58,* yearling steers, £2 Is to L 3 Is ; aged store cows, L 3 to L 3 13s ;• oowa, (some with calves at foot) L 4 11s ; 18 months heifers, L 3 4s ; yearling hoif • era, L 2 ss ; mixed weaners, 28s 6d ; mixed yearlings, L 2 17s. Sheep— A line of 1600 2 tooth wethers, good quality, made 8s lid ; 2 tooth ewes up to 10s ; 4-tooth wethers, 9a 6d, 6- tooth ewes, da 6d; fat ewea, 7s sd.
