The Ameer of Afghanistan
SETTLEMENT OF THE FRONTIER QUESTION. (PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION). Calcdtta, November 16. The Ameer of Afghanistan has'infornied the army that a settlement of the frontier question and all differences with the Government of India have been concluded, and he alluded in warm terras to the friendly relations established with the British. The nature of the settlement has not been published, but it is reported that it is satisfactory to Indian residents.
