The Matabele War
« RETREAT OP THE NATFVES. (PEE FHESS ASSOCIATION.) Capetown, November 16. The latest news from Matabeleland is to tho effect that the natives are still retiring, and that it is apparently their intention to cross the Zambesi liver. The territory lying between the rivers Shasi and Rainaquabam (between Buluwayoand Khama'scountry) has been proclaimed British ground.
