I 3 Is; yearlings, L2 6s Gd to L 2 10s h'd ; rows, L33sto L 3 10s Gd ; calves, 38s ; 2 year heifers, L 2 18s to L 3 2s ; dairy cows, nnd heifers, Li to LG 10s ; at Kaponga the 20th instant I At Manaia on Monday, the 23rd inst. — Cattle— Steers, forward, L5 7s to L(J ss, 2 year-old steers, in good condition. hi lls to L 4 19s ; 2 year-old seers, L 4 Is ; 18 months' steers, good quality, L 3 17s ; 12 to 18 months' mixed cattle, L3 ; yearling steers, L 2 los ; store cows, L 2 19s to L 3 15s ; 2 year old heifers, L 2 11s Gd to L 3 los : quiet heifers, Li 5s ; mixed calves to yearlings, L2 £s ; fat cows, exceptionally heavy weights, L6 to L7. Sheep.— Ewes and lambs, 13s Gd.
