(PER PRKSB ASSOCIATION.) Capetown, October 24 King Lobenguln, with his followers, is n-treatine towards Buluwayo. Tlic Fort A r ictorin column and the Chartered Company's column arc marchins souihward to meet those under the command of Major Adama. The news that Colonel Brabant has had to retire befo r e the Matubeles is denied. The details show that what was described as an engagement between the Matabeles nnd the British on Wednesday, was merely a skirmish. Lobenguln has divided his forces, and iutends to attack Tati. King Lobengula's brother is among (he four prisoners taken at Tati.
INDIGNATION of the COLONISTS Capetown, October 21. Lord Ripon has ordered Sir H. Loch to supersede Cecil Rhodes and to stop operations. He is further instructed to open negocintions with Lobenpula, if possible, ftt Bulawayo, whither the Gov crnor goes, accompanied by a military escort. Indignation is expressed in Capetown at the interference of the Colonial Sec* rotary.
