When Charles Millward, junr., applied for his discharge at the bankruptcy Court this morning, Judge Richmond pointed out that the liabilitieH only amounted to about £25, and, although MHlward was in stoadjr employment earning £8 12s per week, he wont into the Bankruptcy Court k> evade payment. His Honor spoke very strongly regarding the man's conduct and suspended his discharge until he paid the dobt in full.
