No person shall assemble in any street, or congregate at the corner of any street, or where any streets intersect, and no person or persons shall collect or cause any number of persons to collect or congregate in any street, or conduct or hold any public meeting therein, so as to impede persons passing, or be guilty of any conduct calculated to annoy the public. 43. No person shall wantonly hurt or harass any cattle passing along any street. 44. Any person being the owner or having the custody of any article unlawfully placed upon or over any part of any street shall remove the same within a reasonable time after being thereunto required by a constable or any person on behalf of the Council. 45. No person shall in any street maliciously deface, injure, or remove any doorplate, bell, knocker, lamp, signboard, or fire-alarm, or wilfully disturb or annoy any inhabitant by ringing any door-bell, or knocking at any door, or wilfully give or ring a false alarm. 46. No person shall so behave himself that the passage along any street shall be obstructed, or shall be guilty of conduct calculated to endanger the lives or frighten or annoy the public. 47. No person shall allow the chimney of any house or other building within the Borough occupied by him to become foul so as to catch fire. 48. No person shall wilfully or negligently set or cause to be set on fire any chimney of any house or building within the Borough. 49. No person shall sell within the Borough or offer or expose for sale any meat or perishable provisions unfit for human food. 50. No person shall throw any glass, filth, dirt, rubbish, or other matter of a similar nature, or place any obstruction upon any street. 51. No person shall keep or store any gunpowder or any other explosive or dangerous material in any public shed or place, or on any open space near any building, without having first obtained permission in writing of the Council. 52. No person shall empty any priyy or cesspool, or cart away from any place within the Borough any nightsoil or other offensive matter without a license from the Council.
