Revolting Cruelty to Children

Revolting and sickening details of a baby fnrm in Wnrfl«din, a town on the Dravc, 28 miles north cast of Agram, has been published. It is alleged that childreu were purposelj crippled, in order to accompany beggars soliciting arms. J[orrible implements of torture were found on the premises. Two children were found with their legs and arms purposely broken, others had their eyos gouged out, aud another child was doubled up between tightly eurewed boards.
