JUNIOR CUP. The Feilding team failed to show to advantage in their match against the Pirates at Paltnerston on Saturday last, and suffered a decisive defeat by 19 points to nil. North, Stinson, Rickards, Eyton, , Evans, and McMillan, played well for the local men. The Feilding forwards displayed none of their old dash, amongst the backs Bichards showed to advantage. At Awahnri, Hunterville defeated Awahuri by 9 points to 5. Bulls register a win against Palmerston 11, as the latter club has withdrawn from the contest. The Feilding team will not have to take the field on Saturday, Palmerston II having retired from the contest.
