Smoke Concert at Colyton

- « A most enjoyable and largely attended smoke concert was held at Mr J. Pringle's, Coly ton, on Saturday evening last as a farowell to Mr W. H. Tong prior to his departure for England. Although Mr Tong has only resided in the district a little over twelve months, he has gained the respect and esteem of everyone. He has been a valuable acquisition to the local musical circle, and gave able assistance at several concerts. He helped largely to promote the Colyton Minstrel Troupe, and the String Bacd of which lie was an able secretary.
