Tins Day. Before Messrs E. Goodbehere and MacKay, J. P. 'a. A Blundell Inspectoi of Slock, charged Samuel Graham of Apiti, with a breach of the Branding Act. Ho also charged Arthur Stewart with the same offence. Defendants both pleaded guilty and were fined 20s each, with 7s costs of court. M. Keen v. \V- C. B>yd ; claim £3 7s 6d. Mr Sandilands for the plaintiff. Judgment for tho amount chained £3 7 s 6d, with costs of court 16s. M, Keen v. H. Bildorbeck Junr. Judgment summons £2 os. Mr Sandilands for the plaintiff. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount within 7 days, in default of payment 7 days iinpiiaouinout in Wanganui Gaol. G. P. Church v. Edward Geange ; claim £2 19s 3d, Mr Sandiluuds for the pluiutiff. Judgment for tho amount claimed £2 19s 3d, with costs 14s. W, H. Salter v. Samuol Daw; claim £10 4s Id. Mr Saudilands for the plaintiff, Mr Reado, for the defendant. Judgment by consent for tho amount claimed £10 4s Id, with costs of court 20, solicitor's fee 21s. Execution to be stayed for a fortnight, until a contra claim has been heard. Several cases were hold over until next sittings of the Court, aud tho Bench then adjourned.
