The Colonial Bank
The branch now opened at Feilding is under the charge of Mr A. C. Matheson, late of Palmerston, who is well-known and respected in the district for his amiable and business-like qualities. That such a well-known institution has decided to extend its business to Feilding speaks volumes in favor for that township and j tho district surrounding it. In conclusion we wish the bank every success in the undertaking which it has eutered upon. — Mercury. Mr J. P. Brandon, the local manager of the Colonial Bank, informs us that rooms have been secured for the Feilding branch in Mr Greenwood's building, Kimbolton Road, where the bank was opened yesterday. The fact that Mr A. C. Ma. theson is in charge will undoubtedly render the management as popular in Feilding as Mr Brandon is here, and that is saying a good deal.— Standard.
