A lovely afternoon with puffy wind. The following ia fhe rosult : — A. Balhuger, Wellington, 523, Champion Belt and gold medal given by the Defence Minister, and £35. MoCarthy, Dunedin, 506, silver star and £25. Humphries, Napier, 502, silver star and £20. Howe, Wellington, 500. £10. Henderson, Auckland, 494, £10. Kruse Waupanui, 492, £5. Thorpe, Wairoa. 492. £5. W, Balhngor, Wellington, 490, Strachan. Alexandra Cavalry, 490. Boss, Napier, 489. This Day. One hundred and thirty three shots were fired for tho Championship, Ballfugors' score being 10 under mners. Money won at meeting. Wellington and Wairarapa, £193 ; Otago and Southland, £164 ; Auckland, £148 ; Wauganui and klauawntu, £103 ; Hawkes Bay, £46; Christchurch, £43; 3reymouth, £7 ; Blenheim, £2, Total £706. It is probable the noxt meeting will be held in the vicinity of Oamaru.
