J Second class land, Wanganui Oounty, Barete Survey Dintriot, Blocks XI, XII, XII, XIV, 1336 acres ; . cash price 20s ; occupation with right to purchase rent 5 per cent 1b ; lease in perpetuity rent 4 per cent 9 3-5 d per acre. Unsurveyed second class land, VVharita Block, Oroua County, Pohangina and Gorge Survey Districts Block, XIV, XV, (Pohangina) 11, (Gorge) 5200 acres, 7s 6d to 20s per acre ; occupation with right of purchase, rent 5 per cent 4Jd to Is; lease in perpetuity, rent 4 per cent 3 3 5d to 9 3-5 d pee acre. This land is all open for sale or selection thirty days after the date of the first publication in the Gazette in which the several notjces appear. Applicants will do well therefore to send in not later than the third week in December.
