Wreck of an Anchor Liner

113 PERSONS DROWNED.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, October 27. The steamer Roumania, of 2207 tons, owned by the Anchor Line (Henderson Bros.), bound from Liverpool to Bombay, was totally wrecked at Arelho. north of Lisbon. One hundred and thirteen persons were drowned. Of these 55 were passengers, including six British officers and their wires, aud many Indian officials. Seven persons were saved.
