Civil War at Samoa
(per press association. I Auckland, This Day. The Ringarooma, under orders from Sydney, leaves for Samoa to-night. It is reported a civil war has broken out, but no particulars are available as neither the Governor nor the Minister of Education has any information on the subject. The Ringarooma's lcstructions"are to proceed to Samoa with all speed to protect life and property of British residents in conjunction witii the Americau and German warships at present there. ■
