(PEE PEESS ASSOCIATION.) Melbourne. October 24. The rights of the booths, gates, and stalls during the approaching meeting brought much less than last year. At Caulfield this morning Tirailleur put in good work. The betting market is dull, pending the second forfeits for the Cup, which are to be declared to-morrow. Autonomy has been knocked completely out of tbe Derby betting, 100 to 2 being the latest offer. The same odds are offered about St. Albans 11., for the Cup, despite the receipt of news from Randwick crediting him with a great trial with Ethelbert this morning and advising his departure for Flemington to-night.
