Oliver reported that the conference on the Shop Hours Bill had agreed to the questions at issue between the Hours on this Bill. A third conference on the Electoral Bill was agreed to. j The Land and Income Tax Bill was : read a first, second, and third time, and ; passed. The Public Reserves Vesting Sales Bill, Law Practitioners Bill (No. 3) and Manures Adulteration Bill passed through all stages. October, 10. The Wanganui Harbour Board Endowment Sale Bill was committed and read a third time and passed by 33. to 15.
