At the suggestion of the Wellington Eacing Club the Canterbury Jockey Club have put their summer meeting back from Jauuary 28th to February 4th so as not to clash with the Wellington summer meeting which opens on January 23rd. Wanganui, October 5. Captain Joss, late of the Edith May, was acquitted at the Supreme Court to-day of the second charge of forgery, and was discharged.
