(PI'.K PKESS ASSOCIATION). j Woodville, September 30 The hearing of this case was continued yesterday and resumed this morning. | After Mrs Hall's evidence had been taken, Constable Treanor deposed to a statement made to him by Mrs Hall, and the latter's sister, Norah Walsh, also gave confirmatory evidence, almost the whole of ; which is totally unfit for publication. Dr Davenport gave evidence at great length. The general tendency of the j evidence was to prove that abortion had been procured. This Day. The case was adjourned to October 10. Accused was admitted to bail on his own recognisance of LIOO, and one surety of the same amount.
