* (PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION. ) Auckland, June 1. Double event wagering on the Grand National Hurdle Race and the Grand Northern Steeplechase continues to be of a spirited nature. The favourite double is Oouranto and Couranto. The acceptance of 60 to 10 against Couranto to-day had the effect of sending him now for the double is Id to 1.
