LPSR UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION, j Bbisbane, March 10. Dr Hirschfield, batenologist to the Hospital, has discovered an influenza bacillus in the blood of a patient. This is the first time that a bacillus of influenza bas been found in Australia. Adelaide, March 10. Dr Cobb, in the course of an exhaustive report which was read before the Bust-in-Wheat Conference, predicted that in from five to ten years the rust in wheat pest would be a thing of the past.
