Lpiu united press association.. 1 Melbourne, March 6. The victim of the Windsor tragedy is believed to be a woman named Williams. Among the prssengers by the last trip of the Kaiser Wilhelra were a Mr and Mrs Williams, and their fellow passengers state that Williams treated his wife in a brutal manner, also that he insulted her on every possible occasion, and paid marked attention to another woman aboard the ship. The police have succeeded in tracing these people from the steamer to the house where the tragedy occurred. The assets of the Mercantile Bank, which suspended payment, when realised, will pay 26s in the pound. Beisbane, March 6. Blacks attacked Cresswell station, on the Queensland and South Australian border, and murdered Messrs Clarke and Delvitte. The police formed an avenging party and, overtaking the offenders, a fight ensued, in which several of the blacks fl-ere killed. The whiles are still in pursuit.
