' New Yobk, April 21 J Disturbances at Pennsylvania con- ( tinue, and desperate mobs are parad- ' ing the streets. Washington, At>ril 21. Scottdale, in Pennsylvania, is in a state of anarchy. Desperate mobs 1 surrounded the works, firing guns and exploding bombs. The sheriff is powerless until troops arrive.
