Cavalry Tournament
Fine weather favored the annual tournament which was held on the Palnierst'on Racecout'se yesterday, and the attendance of the public in the afternoon, was large. The 1 Cavalry, headed by the Palmerston Fire Brigade Band, prbceededfrdrri the camp tb the Racecourse shortly after 10 o'clock} and arrived on the ground; The public were first treated to a musical ride, whicli was well done and rriade a very effective sight.
