The petition of the settlers at Fowlers (Biiuiinghain), to have a money order aud savings bank opened there, in connection with the Post Office has been granted, and operations will be commenced in a few days. This petition was forwarded through Mr Macarthur, M.H.R , who was good enough to present it, aud urge on the authorities tbis necessity of a large and increasing settlement.
