The Schoolmaster's Residence

It will be seen by our report of the Education Board's last meeting at Wanganui that the application made by the Feilding Committee for increased accommodation in the Head Teacher's residence has been courteously refused. The only course open for the Committee is to continue urging their claims for consideration ou the Board, and we have no doubt that in the course of time, and by much dinning, tbe Board will give way. In the mean time we cordially sympathise with tbe Head Teacher and bis family who are put to such inconvenience from the want of proper house room.
